- You agree not to misuse the services provided by Claudia’s Tea House (e.g., unauthorized commercial use, copying content, infringing on intellectual property).
3. Reservations and Cancellations
- Standard Reservations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a $25 per person cancellation fee.
- Special Events (e.g., Camps, Themed Teas):
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per session.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a 100% credit, less a $25 processing fee per session, usable for any Claudia’s Tea House offering through August 31, 2025, and transferable to any family member.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
- Illness-Related Cancellations:
- If canceling due to illness, you may transfer to another session at the same location, subject to availability.
- Declining the transfer option will subject the cancellation to the standard policy.
- A written statement from a licensed physician may be required for any credit or refund.
- Transfer Policy
- You may transfer to a different session at any time, up until 7 days before the start of the registered session, at no charge, pending space availability.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on the Claudia’s Tea House website, including text, graphics, logos, etc., is the property of Claudia’s Tea House and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
